I found this picture on Pexels. I think it does a good job of showing that with new technology comes new ideas. |

Technology to Look Forward to.
One of the great things about taking the Mythology and Folklore class last semester was it made me learn how to use technology which I probably never would have used if it had not been for the class. I had never created a blog before, but Blogger made it so easy to learn how to update a blog. I think that Blogger is an incredible tool which I learned how to use pretty well, but this semester I plan on getting even better with the site. I also really enjoyed learning how to edit images and and hope to get better with this as well as I move forward in this class. One thing that I didn't do very well last semester was create bookmarks, and I plan to make this one of the tools that I get better at using this semester. I agree completely that the use of different websites other than Canvas is important and this class does a great job of making one comfortable with using different websites. I plan on getting better with other technology such as Pinterest and what not this semester.

I just added a new technology thing to the class today: Flipgrid! If you will help me test it out, that would be so cool. I wrote up the tech tip here, and you'll see the actual Flipgrid in Canvas. Doing a video thing like this was something people mentioned as an idea last semester, and I am excited to try it, but a little nervous too: totally new tool for me. I am curious if people are going to want to explore how to use it for class. It was easy to set up! Flipgrid: new tech tip
